Payment
We accept the following payment methods:

Shipping
We offer three shipping methods:
- Self pick-up at Lumut (address will be shared upon order confirmation)
- Self pick-up at Melony Friends, Gadong Central
- Please select "Pick-up at Lumut" and specify "Collection at Melony" in the REMARK section at the bottom of the check-out page
- Further instruction on the collection will be provided via WhatsApp upon order confirmation
- Delivery by our trusted delivery partner at a flat rate of B$3 per address. Delivery time is dependent on the schedule of delivery partner, generally within two (2) to five (5) working days.
For self pick-up, do take note of the following terms and conditions:
- Any order for self pick-up at Lumut not collected within seven (7) days from order confirmation date will be cancelled and released.
- Any order for self pick-up at Melony Friends not collected within fourteen (14) days from order confirmation date will be cancelled and released.
- You can notify us for extension or alternate arrangement, we will try our best to accommodate.
- Refund might not be allowed for cancelled order due to above situation.
