Here are some FAQs that might answer your queries.
Are all your products in stock?
Generally, all products displayed on our site are in stock and available for purchase unless stated otherwise. Your order is guaranteed upon issuance of our e-invoice to you, either via email or WhatsApp.
Can I add/remove items or cancel my order?
For any intended changes to your submitted order, please contact us via WhatsApp for assistance. Changes are not allowed for items that are already handed over to our delivery partner.
How long do I need to wait to receive my items?
We will process your order within 24 hours upon receipt of your payment. You can expect to receive the parcel within two (2) to five (5) working days from your payment date, unless otherwise mutually agreed with you on a specific delivery date.
If you are in urgent need of the items, we kindly suggest you to self collect at our Lumut location.
How can I track my order?
Sorry, currently there is no tracking function available. You can contact us directly via email, WhatsApp, or drop us a message here.
My order never arrive.
Please contact us directly if you have not received the parcel after five (5) working days from your payment date or the agreed delivery date.
There is a damaged item in my parcel.
We take issues with damaged items seriously. As soon as you find a damaged item in the parcel, please drop us a message here with the following details:
- Your order / invoice reference
- The damaged item name
- A brief description of the damaged and upload a picture of the item
Any incomplete information might result in delayed processing of your claim. We will revert to you the soonest possible.
I received an incorrect item / missing item.
If you find an incorrect / missing item in the parcel, please drop us a message here with the following details:
- Your order / invoice reference
- The incorrect / missing item name
I would like to return / exchange an item.
Sorry, we do not allow for return or exchange of item, except for a damaged item.
Do you provide gift wrapping service?
It's our pleasure to assist you in getting a nicely wrapped present. Please leave a message in the Remark during checkout. We will contact you for further details.
